What sets me apart
Repeatable processes
Over my years of experience, I have developed effective and efficient processes to foster conceptual and creative results. I approach projects with a logical workflow and standards that cultivate a broad range of concepts through design discovery and development.
Referrals speak volumes
I’m a designer, so I’d rather show you, not tell you my skills. My goal is to consistently deliver great work on every project. I want clients to love what I do, so it’s easy to come back for more. And maybe even tell their friends or bring me with them when they move on to their next role.
Proven
success
I’m sensitive to the fact that all clients are on a timeline (and a budget). So I hit deadlines and do my part to stay within budget. I have defined processes and engagement parameters that have proven success.
Balancing strategy & design
I bring meaning to design by balancing emotion and logic through impactful solutions. Crafting long lasting collateral materials through strategy that creates recognition while building a vehicle for a richly branded ecosystem.

For several years, Raquel was the go-to designer for my team at Apple. I worked with her at a past company and was stoked to be able to continue to watch her in action at Apple. She helped us on a plethora of design projects—websites, emails, presentations, and branding. It's always a joy to get an email from Raquel with the latest comps. So many fun, creative options that are spot on. She delivers on time and exceeds expectations. And that's saying a lot, given that Apple clients tend to expect a super polished aesthetic. She also has a knack for figuring out what you as a client want while still fitting in with your overall brand. Her talents lent themselves effortlessly to Apple.

I have had the pleasure to work with Raquel on projects at Microsoft and she is by far the BEST designer I have worked with. She is amazingly creative, professional and on the mark with her deliverables. She ALWAYS comes back with multiple stunning options with very little engagement and discussions on the topic. She has helped our team be successful in several projects and is a absolute pleasure to work with. THANK YOU Raquel!

You know how you have the urge to hold back recommending your favorite restaurant on Yelp because you know it'll get packed? That's how I feel about recommending Raquel, only she's got a great team and is a terrific leader, so go right ahead! Raquel is smart, creative, fun, has great people skills and awesome customer service skills. She delivers on time, in budget, with A+ work every time. I've had Raquel create two brands for me by describing the company, what our values were, what our goals were and she nailed it both times. I've also had the pleasure of working with Raquel and referring her for collateral, web site, PowerPoint template design, etc. and she just kills it every time.
